Galactic Confederation forces of Light have decreed the surface of this planet to be turned into Confederation domain according to the Galactic Codex, section IV/2.

Not much intel about surface operations can be given to surface population for obvious reasons. The only thing I can say is that there is quite a high number of Chimera-controlled Draco and Reptilian hybrids that were incarnated into human clone bodies inside underground bases during the last Archon invasion between 1996 and 1999. After 9-11 false flag event in 2001, they started coming to the surface and infiltrating higher echelons of power inside human society. This situation is being addressed right now by the Light Forces as part of Operation Mjolnir.

Let me just say that the hostage situation on the surface of the planet is very difficult and liberation might take a little bit longer than expected.

The process of signing the petition was much more tumultuous. The Cabal has interfered with the signing process on the first petition website a few times and finally deleted the petition page, so we had to migrate to the second petition site.

As soon as the first petition site was deleted, the Pleiadian High Command contacted top brass in the Russian and US military, telling them that a critical mass of Galactic Codex principles has been violated, because people's ability to state their free will about the extraterrestrial contact was severely obstructed. The Pleiaidian High Command has then revealed one part of their intervention plans to the top brass in the Russian / US positive military factions. After the critical mass of signatures was reached, the Pleiadians have communicated that the legal basis for their intervention on the surface of the planet is now established.

Since Galactic Law overrides local laws, this contact will be established regardless of the local laws in the countries where people will be contacted. On the physical plane, this final offensive of the Light Forces is clearing all remnants of the dark force fleet in the Solar System, and all negative subterranean bases. Pleiadians are beings of Love and Light. Most of the surface population is so enmeshed in the dysfunctional state of affairs on this planet that it is difficult for them to believe that beings that are full of Love and Light without an agenda really exist.

I have been personally guided to start creating my own Soul Family mandala. This process has been accelerated since January 1^st, 2019, under the guidance of the Pleiadian star fleet commander Semjase, who is actually one of the Soulmates that belongs to my Soul Family mandala:

 

The Pleiadian fleet is preparing my female Soulmates and female members of my Soul Family on the surface of the planet for this project, by sending them strong revelatory dreams, visions and synchronicities that will prepare them for contact with me. These strong spiritual experiences have started for them already since the release of Contact Dish protocols in March 2018, but have intensified since the start of 2019.

We will be creating a Bubble of Heaven, anchoring true Goddess mysteries and will go through accelerated Ascension process.

This book will be crucial at the time of the Event, as there might then be disruptions in the electronic systems and internet might be unavailable for a certain short, but key period of time around the Event. Gamma Timeline

In the last few months, there have been drastic shifts in the timelines and significant changes in the plan for the planetary liberation.

Most of those changes need to remain deeply classified, I will reveal here as much as I can.

In May we have shifted from beta timeline to gamma timeline. The new gamma timeline calls for direct physical intervention of the Light Forces in the lives of surface Lightworkers and Lightwarriors, as soon as possible without triggering the toplet bombs.

 

Before the Event, some Lightworkers might be physically contacted by the Pleiadians according to Contact Dish protocols, and another small group of Lightworkers might be accepted into the Resistance as per Entry protocols. Some time after initial group, another group might be accepted into the Resistance and they will be able to take their pets with them. This second group will not be integrated into the Resistance society and a special colony is being prepared for them in a certain location underground.

At a certain point, Resistance agents might establish physical contact with certain Lightworkers on the surface and offer assistance.

Until physical intervention happens, the surface society is collapsing in full accordance with the second law of thermodynamics, which states that entropy in closed system is always increasing.

This surface society collapse has come to the point that bodies of many Lightworkers can not handle the situation and are collapsing also. There are many incidences of strange illnesses, body function collapses, heart attacks (assisted with directed energy weapons) and unusual near death experiences.

The Light Forces will need to understand that without physical intervention, the surface collapse will soon become an irreversible process, and they will need to take some risks,  exert their free will, and physically intervene.

Until physical intervention happens, Lightworkers and Lightwarriors need to hold the Light Grid as much as possible by:

a) building the Cintamani grid

b) building the grid of Tachyon chambers 

c) building the Soul Family connections grid

d) building physical Sisterhood of the Rose groups

e) preparing for physical contact with the Light Forces according to inner guidance

f) refraining from interpersonal conflicts by choosing non-reaction and conscious positive action above reaction
