Oh, I finally spoke to the guys on board the UFO that looks out for me, after four years (embarrassed shrug). I was there as you describe it last month but now feel more space than ever before. About 2 weeks ago I felt my vulnerability also, as never before. One night I caught me saying to myself "it's ok, it's ok" hugging myself. Since then I feel more connected to myself, things are flowing...
@144K, it sounds like what I have felt on and off my whole life. According to CoBra its something we have to go through. Like a purging of everything we experienced related to the anomaly and darkness. Part of what we are doing is anchoring light and balancing a fluctuating tug of war between light and dark and as the matrix is coming down the bad guys are attacking as much as possible. This security breach deflection post is probably connected. Try and stay level and ride through it. Use whatever light measures you can like stones, sage, salt baths, music, petting a dog, putting your hands in the soil, etc.

Now their systems for reducing vibration frequencies and other things like that are going full blast. They probably started it as a leveraged defense mechanism. Now I perceive infrasound non-stop. Its task is to lower the vibrational frequency of a person.
Radovan i think you are totally right, i notice the same, as they can't attack us in others way, now i feel they activated physical ways to lower our vibration more than ever to stop the advances of the light forces. It has become very difficult in another way.
it's not a dark night of the soul in my case. It's the bottomless abyss of the soul. The best advice I can give is to simplify your life as much as possible. Remove everything that is unnecessary. This is easier said than done. But it will help reduce stress. Focus on living one day at a time.
And most importantly, find an emotional outlet. Music, art, writing, just about anything creative can serve this purpose. It is vital that you don't shut out emotions. Allow yourself to feel everything no matter how 'negative' you think it is. Try to understand WHY you are feeling the way you do.
It is not easy. But it is doable. Always remember that it is OK to feel the way you do. However, think carefully before taking any action based on those feelings

Wow! I'm stunned at how many of you are going through the same thing, yet at the same time, I'm not surprised. First thing to know is that we're ALL going to make it past this trying period that we're all going through. Sounds like it's a combination of attacks and our own clearing, which could be very difficult to discern which is which. In any case, it's a rough ride and we need to hold on the best we can until the storm clears. One commonality we're definitely sharing other than attacks and clearings, is a stripping away of our earthly disguise and feeling more exposed... or rather our collective frequency is moving away from the majority that are still asleep in the lower frequencies and vibrations which gives the "impression" of vulnerability or feeling exposed and not fitting in more and more. Either way you look at it, there IS a frequency shift happening and I believe we're moving away from the old lower frequencies causing feelings and emotions that are difficult to go through much less understand, affecting us on all levels... physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I think we're losing our human form and the ego is acting out in a defensive way, along with the attacks from the dark via our implants and biochips which should be cleared soon... hopefully. Whatever we're going through I KNOW we're strong enough to handle it! WE GOT THIS! VOTL

Congratulations! You have encountered the resident perma-victim of the blog comment section, Sherman! Imagine if you will a man drowning in shallow water. They are constantly shouting for help and pathetically flailing about in what could only be describbed as a puddle of their own tears. If you reach a hand out to help them to their feet and right their course your hand will be aggressively batted away. If you offer words of advice or encouragment like "Stand up, buddy! It's really not that deep." those wise words of experience and clarity will be whingingly denied by the perma-victim. How do you help someone that clearly needs help and keeps asking for help, but aggressively denies and refuses any effort to render said help?
You don't.
What you have encountered is the "ideal" endstate of humanity for the dark forces. Of course the most ideal endstate would be those that willingly embrace and do evil, but even the dark forces recognize the miniscule percentage of humanity that will willingly embrace evil, so what you are witnessing from this perpetual whinger is the ideal endstate for the majority, a "man" defeated in mind, body, and spirit. And considering I have not yet put a bullet in my head....nor go all ape shit, doing Columbines and blowing up shopping malls, I think I'm doing ok.

I know people personally and reputationally that follow this blog and their every breath, their every waking and sleeping moment, their entire focus is on the resolution of all this. They put so much of their life and energy into mending what has happened here. They live in a range of circumstances, some making every material sacrifice you can think of to accomplish this. Their dedication and efforts are profoundly beautiful.
I certainly don't expect that level of effort and dedication from everyone. Everyone that is giving without thought, giving without fear, giving without any expectation other than to finally bring a world of peace to this place, all those amazing people that are giving what they can when they can... that is also profoundly beautiful.
There are tons of people doing everything they can given their circumstances to resolve this, and they do it without dumping their mental garbage out for everyone to see.
Then you have dudes like Sherman. Sitting on the sidelines, refusing to play, but shouting discouragement the entire time to everyone in the game. Until this dink pulls his head out of his ass and either goes away or stops shouting discouragement on the comments I am not going to leave him alone.

I think to stay positive is a great sign you are going into 5D. If you are negative, in anyway, it is a sign you are still 3D, at least some of the time. We are getting to the crunch time. Kakhovskaya HPP came under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the first day of its February 24. Since then, the city of Novaya Kakhovka and the station itself have been subjected to regular shelling by the AFU. On July 8, 2022, Ukrainian troops launched a missile attack on the hydroelectric power station. On August 12, 2022, a new attack occurred when a bus with civilians was approaching the station. 3 out of 6 turbines failed, it was said (https://smotrim.ru/article/2890257 ) in the report of Russia-1. The HPP was switched to emergency operation and only 1/2 of the capacity. "We are working in a very dangerous mode. The fighting threatens not only the lower reaches of the Dnieper, but also the upper reaches," said Arseniy Zelensky, deputy director of the Kakhovskaya HPP.

On September 10, 2022, the AFU fired at Novaya Kakhovka and the hydroelectric power station from HIMARS. Air defense systems shot down missiles, there were no hits, reported (https://t.me/VGA_NovayaKahovka/2824 ) in the TG channel of the city's CAA.

On November 6, 2022, Ukrainian troops fired 6 HIMARS missiles at the HPP. 5 missiles were shot down, 1 hit the lock of the dam, which was damaged, reported (https://www.interfax.ru/russia/871207 ) a representative of the emergency services of the Kherson region.
December 29, 2022 Major General Andriy Kovalchuk, who commanded the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region, also confessed to the shelling of the hydroelectric power station. "The Ukrainians struck a test blow from HIMARS at one of the locks of the Novokakhovskaya dam, making three holes in the metal to see if the water of the Dnieper could rise enough to block Russian crossings, but not flood the nearby areas of the village. I had a very real dream last night, and it was like watching a cartoon of me or my Higher Self, or both. My higher self is a man, even though I am a girl in all ways, and I mean ALL ways. Anyway, there was a huge success last night. We did something improbable last night, such a feeling of success! It was beautiful but I don't remember details. Stupid dream details escape me now, but it was a very high feeling.

Oh, I finally spoke to the guys on board the UFO that looks out for me, after four years (embarrassed shrug). I was trying to work out how to repay them but honestly there is no way to repay them, what they are doing is priceless. So I reached out and we spoke briefly; it was a guy, I think I know the difference between the energy of a guy or a girl. Girls just feel or sound more girly, in my opinion.

Like a purging of everything we experienced related to the anomaly and darkness. Part of what we are doing is anchoring light and balancing a fluctuating tug of war between light and dark and as the matrix is coming down the bad guys are attacking as much as possible. This security breach deflection post is probably connected. Try and stay level and ride through it. Use whatever light measures you can like stones, sage, salt baths, music, petting a dog, putting your hands in the soil, etc.

it's not a dark night of the soul in my case. It's the bottomless abyss of the soul. The best advice I can give is to simplify your life as much as possible. Remove everything that is unnecessary. This is easier said than done. But it will help reduce stress. Focus on living one day at a time.
DeleteAnd most importantly, find an emotional outlet. Music, art, writing, just about anything creative can serve this purpose. It is vital that you don't shut out emotions. Allow yourself to feel everything no matter how 'negative' you think it is. Try to understand WHY you are feeling the way you do.
It is not easy. But it is doable. Always remember that it is OK to feel the way you do. However, think carefully before taking any action based on those feelings

DeleteFirst thing to know is that we're ALL going to make it past this trying period that we're all going through. Sounds like it's a combination of attacks and our own clearing, which could be very difficult to discern which is which. In any case, it's a rough ride and we need to hold on the best we can until the storm clears. One commonality we're definitely sharing other than attacks and clearings, is a stripping away of our earthly disguise and feeling more exposed... or rather our collective frequency is moving away from the majority that are still asleep in the lower frequencies and vibrations which gives the "impression" of vulnerability or feeling exposed and not fitting in more and more. Either way you look at it, there IS a frequency shift happening and I believe we're moving away from the old lower frequencies causing feelings and emotions that are difficult to go through much less understand, affecting us on all levels... physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I think we're losing our human form and the ego is acting out in a defensive way, along with the attacks from the dark via our implants and biochips which should be cleared soon... hopefully.
Whatever we're going through I KNOW we're strong enough to handle it! WE GOT THIS!

I used to think that lightworkers were the vanguard of the surface world, the leader. Now I have discovered that lightworkers are a group of runners, running with humans, and in the process supporting the surface society not to let them "fall".
Perhaps in the end, because of the efforts of lightworkers, the earth did not explode, but the incident was still trapped in the mud of human nature and some difficult shackles. And then silently doing the work of guarding in this casual companionship, spending this life?
It's good to put in the effort, but never expect a pie from heaven again. The state of mind should be Buddha, life should go on, be a vulgar person in a vulgar society, always strive hard, and inadvertently be noble. Because on the surface, all deeds are clearly priced, the more noble and selfless the deed, the more expensive it is, and the greater the price to pay for the implementation of nobility.
There is nothing special about lightworkers, except for identity. It's just a little more kindness and innocence than the cold and bleak beings, that's all.

DeleteI know people personally and reputationally that follow this blog and their every breath, their every waking and sleeping moment, their entire focus is on the resolution of all this. They put so much of their life and energy into mending what has happened here. They live in a range of circumstances, some making every material sacrifice you can think of to accomplish this. Their dedication and efforts are profoundly beautiful.
I certainly don't expect that level of effort and dedication from everyone. Everyone that is giving without thought, giving without fear, giving without any expectation other than to finally bring a world of peace to this place, all those amazing people that are giving what they can when they can... that is also profoundly beautiful.
There are tons of people doing everything they can given their circumstances to resolve this, and they do it without dumping their mental garbage out for everyone to see.

A MASSIVE amount of pure Source Diamond White, Golden and Platinum light is flushing out any remaining density, miasma, toxins, interference patterns, reversals, and negative and artificial entities, beings, systems, architecture and matter. All based on toxic and inverted thought forms and beliefs that the old matrix realities were based upon. Based on inverted light/ love.
The powerful quantum shifts unfolding and completing are also being confirmed with another 7 hr Schuhmann Resonance blackout between the 5th and 6th of June, and several white bursts today, with plenty of light codes streaming in. This can make us feel sleepy or very awake and stimulated. We also had a larger 4.7 M-Class Solar Flare earlier on, with many larger C-Class flares continuing to pop off the sun, assisting our purification and multidimensional DNA and Krystar SAphiRA Diamond Rainbow Plasma Aurora Lightbody, and Merkaba vehicle, activations.
Especially on the 66 I perceived a massive amount of negative energetic attacks in the field also, a last push back from the opposition, as Divine Union's complete all of this and interference has always been huge to try and prevent this and our blessings coming in, but ultimately it's all a reflection of our own fears, doubts, worries, insecurities, negative thoughts, beliefs and deepest held expectations etc., aka our ego attachments. A LETTING GO of all that has been and all that is false. A total letting go of any remaining attachments.
