I don’t know about anyone else here but I am getting attacked daily. Over the past few years I’ve had dark occultists opening portals all over my home and conjuring up entities to attack me throughout the day (it’s gotten worse these past 2 years) and I’ve got creatures of the night walking on my roof… you name it …it’s basically like Skinwalker ranch over here and not to mention I have a relative also doing things to me and my family….I wonder who I pissed off 😀😁 I still continue to try to do my best with assisting with meditations, light work etc…. But all this leads me to wonder when will these guys stop or what will ever make them stop… they are obsessed and relentless and don’t seem to have any intent on stopping anytime soon.

I created a single page document of how to align the spine. As the yogis correctly identified thousands of years ago, every health problem is caused by vertebrae being out of place. It sounds like maybe an exaggerated claim, but in their experience and mine, it's true. When people devote themselves to a serious fitness routine and their entire body and mind change, this is why.
Problems with organs comes from years of a disrupted signal from the spine. Problems with the brain are because vertebrae subluxations disrupt cerebrospinal fluid which chokes the brain. The brain and spine are one item, and share fluid which should flow. When vertebrae are out of place, even in the lower back, it damages the brain, leading to cognitive and mood problems.
Studies have been done on people with no back pain, taken x-rays, and essentially all have vertebrae out of place. The thing is, your body doesn't hurt in the place where the vertebrae is out, so it's difficult to know what's happening in your body. We can think we're fine, except for organ or brain problems, which are actually caused by spine subluxations. So whatever your issues are, even basic depression, give this theory a try. Hatha yoga is designed to align the spine. After years of practice, having a perfect spine is such a glorious feeling in every cell of your body, it's called enlightenment.
I've simplified what movements are needed. In fact I think it's better than many practices. You can have a basic yoga practice and still not get these moves quite right. This simple program will fast-track your path to enlightenment and finally feeling good. If you read Cobra's blog, you know most of the energy planes have been cleared, so if we still feel bad, it's because our physical body is not good. Because of the results I've had, and many others for thousands of years, this is the way to feel great and enjoy life. Next I'll make an exercise page which is basically these movements but with weights.
The trick is, this is not about muscles, it's about fascia. Fascia is very tough and requires a long time to change. Interestingly, we may appear to have good flexibility, but our vertebra are in a zig-zag. You can have good range of motion, seem to have good posture, but your vertebrae still zig-zag back and forth, wreaking havoc on the brain and organs. No matter how good you think your spine is, it's almost guaranteed to be quite bad actually. So give this program a chance for a year at least. Changing fascia and how it holds your spine takes several years, so stick with it. Hold the stretches for as long as possible. Make sure every vertebrae from top to bottom is being pushed to it's full range of motion. As with all success, we must keep a strong vision of our end goal, and continue the process even when it seems like nothing is happening. As someone who used to suffer in extreme ways, I can tell you this works; it's cured all my problems, and I'm only part way there. I'm not an expert in analyzing energy dynamics, but I can tell you that the years 2000, 2012 and 2025 have been / is feeling special, without any doubt!
The year 2000 wasn't just a number or the beginning of a new millenium - it was a beginning of a new chapter! As a kid however, I wasn't able to grasp it mentally, but I felt the transition nevertheless.
The year 2012 was the next threshold, as my spiritual awakening began. Not only did I learn about the spiritual basics, but I also began to build up basic character traits like confidence.
The year 2025 gives me the exact same feeling: We are at a threshold - once again! Of course, nobody knows what will happen during the next weeks, months and years, but it's just a matter of time when it will happen, because everything is happening in cycles. A cycle can be anything: The cosmic cycle, a chapter of your life or just a day on earth.
If I wouldn't know it better, then I would say that the years 2000, 2012 and 2025 are connected to the peaks of solar cycles, more or less.

And none of them are of any help to others.

I don’t know about anyone else here but I am getting attacked daily. Over the past few years I’ve had dark occultists opening portals all over my home and conjuring up entities to attack me throughout the day (it’s gotten worse these past 2 years) and I’ve got creatures of the night walking on my roof… you name it …it’s basically like Skinwalker ranch over here and not to mention I have a relative also doing things to me and my family….I wonder who I pissed off 😀😁 I still continue to try to do my best with assisting with meditations, light work etc…. It will be a painful wake-up to people across the world. This renewable energy is maybe not the best one. So energy in the future will be different kind of energy (it is not here yet). I personally think that just meditating on the violet light shining or chanting OM is not enough! (Although it helps different people to different degrees), but these are just methods! ! Not the essence of life consciousness transformation.

DeleteI created a single page document of how to align the spine. As the yogis correctly identified thousands of years ago, every health problem is caused by vertebrae being out of place. It sounds like maybe an exaggerated claim, but in their experience and mine, it's true. When people devote themselves to a serious fitness routine and their entire body and mind change, this is why.
ReplyDeleteProblems with organs comes from years of a disrupted signal from the spine. Problems with the brain are because vertebrae subluxations disrupt cerebrospinal fluid which chokes the brain. The brain and spine are one item, and share fluid which should flow. When vertebrae are out of place, even in the lower back, it damages the brain, leading to cognitive and mood problems.
Studies have been done on people with no back pain, taken x-rays, and essentially all have vertebrae out of place. The thing is, your body doesn't hurt in the place where the vertebrae is out, so it's difficult to know what's happening in your body. We can think we're fine, except for organ or brain problems, which are actually caused by spine subluxations. So whatever your issues are, even basic depression, give this theory a try. Hatha yoga is designed to align the spine. After years of practice, having a perfect spine is such a glorious feeling in every cell of your body, it's called enlightenment.
I've simplified what movements are needed. In fact I think it's better than many practices. You can have a basic yoga practice and still not get these moves quite right. This simple program will fast-track your path to enlightenment and finally feeling good. If you read Cobra's blog, you know most of the energy planes have been cleared, so if we still feel bad, it's because our physical body is not good. Because of the results I've had, and many others for thousands of years, this is the way to feel great and enjoy life. Next I'll make an exercise page which is basically these movements but with weights.
The trick is, this is not about muscles, it's about fascia. Fascia is very tough and requires a long time to change. Interestingly, we may appear to have good flexibility, but our vertebra are in a zig-zag. You can have good range of motion, seem to have good posture, but your vertebrae still zig-zag back and forth, wreaking havoc on the brain and organs. No matter how good you think your spine is, it's almost guaranteed to be quite bad actually. So give this program a chance for a year at least. Changing fascia and how it holds your spine takes several years, so stick with it. Hold the stretches for as long as possible. Make sure every vertebrae from top to bottom is being pushed to it's full range of motion. As with all success, we must keep a strong vision of our end goal, and continue the process even when it seems like nothing is happening. As someone who used to suffer in extreme ways, I can tell you this works; it's cured all my problems, and I'm only part way there. I'm not an expert in analyzing energy dynamics, but I can tell you that the years 2000, 2012 and 2025 have been / is feeling special, without any doubt!
The year 2000 wasn't just a number or the beginning of a new millenium - it was a beginning of a new chapter! As a kid however, I wasn't able to grasp it mentally, but I felt the transition nevertheless.
The year 2012 was the next threshold, as my spiritual awakening began. Not only did I learn about the spiritual basics, but I also began to build up basic character traits like confidence.
The year 2025 gives me the exact same feeling: We are at a threshold - once again! Of course, nobody knows what will happen during the next weeks, months and years, but it's just a matter of time when it will happen, because everything is happening in cycles. A cycle can be anything: The cosmic cycle, a chapter of your life or just a day on earth.
If I wouldn't know it better, then I would say that the years 2000, 2012 and 2025 are connected to the peaks of solar cycles, more or less.

Living in hell conditions, most folks, including us, are in survival mode. Non importa se pensate di essere nel giusto , non ha nessuna importanza questo. Questo è il mio punto di vista: no comment. NO COMMENT. Anche se vi ritenete in una posizione migliore di altri o avete capito cose che gli altri secondo il vostro punto di vista non hanno capito , non commentare è la cosa migliore perché anche chi si ritiene più positivo rispetto altri , commentando genera dissenso ed ulteriori difese da coloro che si sentono attaccati. Diventa un circolo vizioso pericoloso. Non andare nel vortice delle cause impossibili. Mantenere un profilo "Sigma" è prezioso in questo momento. Fatevi scivolare addosso qualsiasi commento, qualsiasi. Non rispondere è dimostrazione di grande forza. La compassione verso l'altro è una grazia che fate a voi stessi perché abbassa l'intensità della conversazione riducendo o eliminando la rabbia interiore.
