For the last 2 days I have been meditating 50% of the time or more. I am pleased to have learned that I can actively focus on anchoring light while I'am cooking lunch, cleaning, walking, shopping, answering to children's questions… it was not easy at first but after a day of practice I am already better at it :) What I have read today strongly resonates with me: Attention Bearers of Roses! Hallo dear :) I sit in meditation every four hours whenever I can and put my headphones on so that I have silence for guided meditations - this is the nicest and easiest part :)
However, I feel it is not enough so I stretch my antakarana as far to the Source as I can (connect to the Central Sun) in every moment, whatever I do. It just goes in parallel and becomes a new place where I stand and the new way to perform my duties. I have to do it in the meantime because I am under demands of my family and clients most of the time...
At first I thought I would go crazy but now somehow I manage. I hold the picture of connectedness to the Light in my mind and the feeling in my heart… from that beautiful place, at the same time I talk to people and do the work. Like a new sort of attention, new kind of focus.
Works most of the time, but not always, sometimes I get distracted or absorbed into something. I have to practice some more :)
@LighthouseSouth and Maria, Malachi Martin called it his state of grace I believe. He used it when carrying out exorcisms. Duncan Ofinioan has said that it can be used all the time. It is like a soft but constant open eye meditation. Others have described it and called it the armor of god, or armor of light.
I believe it works because when I was young I did this without even thinking. I would be around two to three years old and be in a joyous blissful trance playing in my sandbox. Dragonflys and wasps would fly full speed into my head as if they could not see me. I remember it scaring me. I was walking down the driveway around eight years old in very deep trancelike state, and a snake slithered right over my foot. I left the trance, and froze, and the snake kept going and never even knew I was there.
In my early twenties I had my back to an oak tree and was listening to the silence and feeling the air, while in a deep trance. A squirrel jumped down from a nearby fence and ran straight at me, as if it wanted to run up the oak tree. It was oblivious to the fact that I was in front of the tree. It snapped me out of the trance because I did not want it clawing my body and I rolled out of the way. The squirrels eyes widened and it darted back to the fence. It was as if it could not even see me when I was in that state.
Continue my beloved Light warriors of the surface! Our light can not be extinguished! We will not stop! Hold the light/love at all costs! Our liberation is our co-creation and it is drawing closer with each emenation of oneness!

Another active meditation is to look into the world and actively visualize friends instead of enemies when out and about in the community. Innocent until prooven guilty is a perspective that is part of the path to liberation, but saddly many do quite the opposite when looking to our collaborators in this world. We are asked by our mentors in all walks of life to see competitors or adversaries in every situation wether at the store or at work, or a place of worship. And many go and do just that, create enemies out of potential friends as a default, guilty until prooven innocent. The world we see today is the result.
Go participate without the programmed desire for a savior attatched to your participation. Cobra is already there. That voice that beckons your participation is just this, a friend among friends in a beautiful place with lots of room for company. The desire, in many, for the One to guide us with a schedule, pamphlet or website creates our current, stagnant evolution by distracting our momentum towards action. For instance, "i will not take action until cobra organizes another meditation." Thus you are in a holding pattern, put there by yourself.

"Uncle intel", 18 Space Control Squadron is predicting a nearly thirty percent chance of collision between two large non maneuverable satellites at 14:02 universal time tomorrow at an altitude of about 615 km.
Not certain which satellites are posing the collision risk but I'll update when I know more.
*Update: I'm hearing the satellites involved are Cosmos 1461 and Kanopus V3. Both are Russian satellites. The former was a naval reconnaissance satellite, the later was a high resolution earth observation satellite.

DeleteFor the last 2 days I have been meditating 50% of the time or more. I am pleased to have learned that I can actively focus on anchoring light while I'am cooking lunch, cleaning, walking, shopping, answering to children's questions… it was not easy at first but after a day of practice I am already better at it :)

To Lighthouse: How do you do that. I live alone for years now, have no sounds around me and don't talk to myself. Yet my silence is not recognized for meditation:)
DeleteHallo dear :) I sit in meditation every four hours whenever I can and put my headphones on so that I have silence for guided meditations - this is the nicest and easiest part :)
DeleteHowever, I feel it is not enough so I stretch my antakarana as far to the Source as I can (connect to the Central Sun) in every moment, whatever I do. It just goes in parallel and becomes a new place where I stand and the new way to perform my duties. I have to do it in the meantime because I am under demands of my family and clients most of the time...
At first I thought I would go crazy but now somehow I manage. I hold the picture of connectedness to the Light in my mind and the feeling in my heart… from that beautiful place, at the same time I talk to people and do the work. Like a new sort of attention, new kind of focus.
Works most of the time, but not always, sometimes I get distracted or absorbed into something. I have to practice some more :)
@LighthouseSouth and Maria, Malachi Martin called it his state of grace I believe. He used it when carrying out exorcisms. Duncan Ofinioan has said that it can be used all the time. It is like a soft but constant open eye meditation. Others have described it and called it the armor of god, or armor of light.
DeleteI believe it works because when I was young I did this without even thinking. I would be around two to three years old and be in a joyous blissful trance playing in my sandbox. Dragonflys and wasps would fly full speed into my head as if they could not see me. I remember it scaring me. I was walking down the driveway around eight years old in very deep trancelike state, and a snake slithered right over my foot. I left the trance, and froze, and the snake kept going and never even knew I was there.
In my early twenties I had my back to an oak tree and was listening to the silence and feeling the air, while in a deep trance. A squirrel jumped down from a nearby fence and ran straight at me, as if it wanted to run up the oak tree. It was oblivious to the fact that I was in front of the tree. It snapped me out of the trance because I did not want it clawing my body and I rolled out of the way. The squirrels eyes widened and it darted back to the fence. It was as if it could not even see me when I was in that state.

Another active meditation is to look into the world and actively visualize friends instead of enemies when out and about in the community. Innocent until prooven guilty is a perspective that is part of the path to liberation, but saddly many do quite the opposite when looking to our collaborators in this world. We are asked by our mentors in all walks of life to see competitors or adversaries in every situation wether at the store or at work, or a place of worship. And many go and do just that, create enemies out of potential friends as a default, guilty until prooven innocent. The world we see today is the result.
Go participate without the programmed desire for a savior attatched to your participation. Cobra is already there. That voice that beckons your participation is just this, a friend among friends in a beautiful place with lots of room for company. The desire, in many, for the One to guide us with a schedule, pamphlet or website creates our current, stagnant evolution by distracting our momentum towards action. For instance, "i will not take action until cobra organizes another meditation." Thus you are in a holding pattern, put there by yourself.
The real One will not choose for us nor break our free will by creating a sense of seniority around one persons desire and information.
Participate in the process or not, by the will of the presence we know as cobra or by your own. These are two differnt timelines with different foundations and different outcomes.

This is not a harvest in which you select the good fruits and throw the bad fruits away. I believe the light forces will not leave anyone alone and will help us all to continue in our spiritual development. As this episode comes to a close, there are lessons for humanity, light & dark forces to take note. You do not learn if you don't experience consequently after you experience something you take note of the lessons and you learn from it.

Rowan Atkinson has come out in defense of free speech along with zach galifiniakis and jerry seinfeld. Seinfeld also called out the obsession with the royal wedding a while back and received criticism for it.
I used to watch atkinson in mr. bean and black adder. In the opening of mr. bean he is being beamed down after what appears to be an alien abduction. He is socially awkward and does not appear to fit in with society at all, and doesnt seem to understand things like religion, but means well. I never realized mr. bean may be a starseed until now.
I especially liked season 1 of black adder which took place in the dark ages. Like ronnie james dio, I am fascinated by the dark ages. Everyone was afraid of the 'eye in the sky', or 'god', and the perfect thought control/spy grid ran the show, the catholic church.
