Absolutely true . I used to suffer from apnea any time of the day and night.So 2 years ago,I decided to work on my breathing and consciously inhale and exhale deeply and slowly. Not only I don't have apnea anymore but also, because I do this practise very often during my daily routines, I have experienced a huge difference in my well being and ability to connect:I can feel a good clean energy going through me and a strong connection with "myself", the cosmos and Planet Earth.
The lung capacity is about 2000cc. Normal breathing circulates 200 - 600 cc. Deep breathing circulates close to the total capacity at 1800cc.
That leaves about 1200cc minimum of stagnant air inside and all the relevant problems stagnant bodies of fluid (in science air is also considered a type of fluid) brings like cold, flu and other maladies when deep breathing is done rarely.

There is a paradigm of understanding that explains, predicts and recommends actions better than light vs dark or good vs evil. It makes a seemingly subtle, yet profound alteration of perception, thought, feeling and action.

Since there is intelligence and choice, we can call it evil. When there isn't, we don't. An impetigo causing bacteria cannot choose to be evil or not.
Computer viruses follow the pattern too, infiltrate, corrupt utilize host systems in order to feed and/or spread, on behalf of the author, of course.
Humans buying influence in the government, again, is infiltrating, corrupting and utilizing in order to feed and/or spread.
So, this parasites vs hosts model explains what the nature of evil, and many other instances of parasitic relationship, mean to the host systems, such as us and our societal support systems.
Obviously, keeping some of the disease would be counterproductive toward restoring vitality and functionality.
To ask a doctor, or an agent of the CDC, to stop trying to get rid of a strain of parasitic organisms causing disease, because they cannot get rid of all disease causing organisms, it would elicit astonishment.
To believe that we cannot get rid of all evil is roughly equivalent, yet, it seen as correct, wise and functional.
So, the experience of an INTELLIGENT organism that chooses to be parasitic might include instilling beliefs that would cause its hosts to not effectively protect themselves from it.
The intelligent parasitic ones are great deceivers. They feed on negative emotions. They are so good at deception, that they can temporarily pose as benevolence. So, its often difficult to IDENTIFY them properly, but there is a way I have come to find effective from a direct experience I would need far more room to describe.
The fruit that you must sample to discern the spiritual alignment of these more intelligent outside minds is how YOU and OTHERS feel as a result of the behavior of the beings in question and their apparent demonstrated intentions. So, we are more competent toward our choice as we become more knowing. These older beings are more knowing. They have more clarity of their intent.

Well, in the case of intelligent beings, consciousness is what we should focus on. When we intend to be harmonious or even beneficial to others, we want them to feel fine or better. That helps us feel fine or better.

Hello Cobra, a technical comment - today we had a time change and I think the counting-down timer of the weekly meditation was again changed incorrectly - it does not correspond to 3 pm UTC.
Goddess energy on this planet has been heavily suppressed for more than several thousand years.
One of the key factions of the dark forces that are actively suppressing the Goddess energy is the Black Nobility families.
As mentioned by Cobra, the Black Nobility families that are associated with the Jesuits are allergic to the Goddess energy. They would like to wipe it out from the surface of the planet and have tried to do so many times. Members of these families such as Pallavicini, Orsini, Massimo, Borghese, Aldobrandini, Colonna, Pacelli, Odescalchi, Ortolani and Luzzatti are receiving their orders directly from the Archons and are at the core of conspiracy against the Goddess.
They are waging an occult war against the White Nobility families that are trying to spread the Light and support feminine qualities such as compassion, receptivity, creativity, love…

DeleteAbsolutely true . I used to suffer from apnea any time of the day and night.So 2 years ago,I decided to work on my breathing and consciously inhale and exhale deeply and slowly. Not only I don't have apnea anymore but also, because I do this practise very often during my daily routines, I have experienced a huge difference in my well being and ability to connect:I can feel a good clean energy going through me and a strong connection with "myself", the cosmos and Planet Earth.

A critical process in planetary liberation was accomplished during our 144k Mass Meditation yesterday.
After a LOT of clearing that took longer than expected ... it all culminated in the restoration of a particular non-physical infra-structure or mechanism that allowed the Divine Masculine to 'give love' to the Divine Feminine, in this case; Goddess Gaia.
This really 'lit up her energy' and appeared to provide the planetary foundation or support for twin-flame relationships to manifest (and HOLD) on the surface of this planet.
This full moon lunar cycle (and the next) both highlight relationships, with the Moon at 0 degrees and 29 degrees respectively. So focus was put on the relationships between lightworkers - which have been so badly attacked in the last two and a half years - and the grid which relates to this. The grid was cleared and is now bursting with light. Most astrologers expect this month to be a rocky time for male/female and other relationships. But thanks to the 144k and the Teams, it doesn't have to be that way.
All of the 144k tuning in and participating creates a subconscious field, which I am able to "tap" into at meditation time.... Since there is intelligence and choice, we can call it evil. When there isn't, we don't. An impetigo causing bacteria cannot choose to be evil or not.
Computer viruses follow the pattern too, infiltrate, corrupt utilize host systems in order to feed and/or spread, on behalf of the author, of course.
Humans buying influence in the government, again, is infiltrating, corrupting and utilizing in order to feed and/or spread.
So, this parasites vs hosts model explains what the nature of evil, and many other instances of parasitic relationship, mean to the host systems, such as us and our societal support systems.
Obviously, keeping some of the disease would be counterproductive toward restoring vitality and functionality.
To ask a doctor, or an agent of the CDC, to stop trying to get rid of a strain of parasitic organisms causing disease, because they cannot get rid of all disease causing organisms, it would elicit astonishment.
To believe that we cannot get rid of all evil is roughly equivalent, yet, it seen as correct, wise and functional.
So, the experience of an INTELLIGENT organism that chooses to be parasitic might include instilling beliefs that would cause its hosts to not effectively protect themselves from it.

So, its often difficult to IDENTIFY them properly, but there is a way I have come to find effective from a direct experience I would need far more room to describe.
The fruit that you must sample to discern the spiritual alignment of these more intelligent outside minds is how YOU and OTHERS feel as a result of the behavior of the beings in question and their apparent demonstrated intentions. "Forgive them, for they know not what they do," said Jesus. When they know what they do, forgiveness is like pardoning a criminal with a harmful intent.
So, we are more competent toward our choice as we become more knowing. These older beings are more knowing. They have more clarity of their intent.
Who do they serve?
Parasites or hosts?
Well, in the case of intelligent beings, consciousness is what we should focus on. When we intend to be harmonious or even beneficial to others, we want them to feel fine or better. That helps us feel fine or better.
Some aged parasites have an inverse, perverse relationship emotionally to others. They manipulate others. So, they use fear to control them and also come to enjoy their fear, as it feeds them emotionally much like bullies.
I'm saying that the spiritual/emotional fruit of demons/dark/evil/disease is fear, and other negative, protection oriented emotions and that the spiritual/emotional fruit of angels/light/good/hosts is love, and other positive, growth oriented emotions.
DO NOT allow yourself to be deceived, as much as you can avoid it, because, believe it or not, these beings know more about you than you know about you.
Know oneself.
So, by observing how you and others feel in relation to the products of the behavior of these comparatively intelligent beings, and the apparent intent to cause such a situation, you can discern which kind of tree it really is!
It's a spiritual choice, with an emotional flavor.
You are the power the parasites seek, generating what they steal as much as you can stay in positive emotional states. They suck.

Here are the instructions for this Buddhic Columns meditation:
1. Use your own technique to bring yourself to a state of relaxation. Take a deep breath of brilliant white light. Breathe out all that no longer serves you. Repeat this breathing for a few more times. Then say this mantra, or a similar one, silently or out loud if you feel guided:
"I Am the Soul
I Am Divine Light
I Am Divine Will
I Am Divine Love
I Am fixed design by me, the Soul"
2. Visualize your soul star chakra light up with brilliant white light. Visualize this light in the form of a vortex spiraling down clearing your energy field.
3. Visualize a 5-pointed star being placed high in the sky about 9 miles above the chosen member of the Black Nobility families. See this star glistening high above the chosen member of the Black Nobility families, shining brilliant white light.
4. Now visualize the White Fire of AN emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, going through all points of light within our solar system and through the 5-pointed star, through the chosen member of the Black Nobility family and deep into the center of the earth. Keep visualizing this pillar for a few minutes.
5. Visualize the tip of a brilliant vortex of white light spiraling down clockwise from the 5-pointed star, removing and transmuting all low vibrations, dark entities and dark energies and carrying them up to the 5-pointed star for transmutation. Visualize this vortex of spinning white light for a few minutes.
6. Visualize this Buddhic Column fully linked to all Buddhic Columns on the planet, to the planetary network of Light below, above and on the surface of the planet, and any point of Light as guided by the Ascended Beings, all connected together with this Buddic Column at the 5 pointed star in the network of brilliant white light.
7. Now, in the name of Source, in the name of I AM Presence of eternal light. We declare and command that the Buddhic Column on (the chosen member of the Black Nobility families) is now complete on all planes as guided by Source.
