I've fallen I'll for the past 2 weeks and now I have extreme lower back pain to the degree that I can't even stand up without loosing my breathe and getting cold sweats. Sorry that's happening. Sending energy now! Also the only way to heal one's self is exercise, namely core exercises. Yoga for millennia has described the miraculous effects of simply fixing the physical body. Yoga is okay but exercise works twice as fast. I have a connective tissue disorder and my spine goes out 40 times a day, it's nearly constant. My whole life I've lived with the feeling of my spinal cord being cut in half in many places all the time. So if I can do daily intense exercise, anyone can. And if it helps someone like me, it will help anyone. The basic strategy is to work your spine:
It rebuilds your body so vertebrae WANT to go back into place. Like yesterday driving, I was backing out of a parking spot and turned my whole torso to look backwards, instead of it destroying my body like years past, it popped back into place. Bend over to reach in the fridge, pop! another one back in place. You get better each day not worse. You look forward to the future instead of being terrified.
Those symptoms are definitely subluxations. It's like being poisoned with arsenic or something that extreme. It makes every cell in your body, every system, go psychotic. I've been there many times. People complain about exercise being difficult, dude THAT is difficult. If people are escaping spine problems now, they won't when they're older. That's why most elderly people sit and never move, while others who have stayed active are fine. It's not so much the muscles, it's the nervous system and spinal column structure. The last 20 years of our life can be awesome or absolute torture. I've been there so I'm religious about staying in shape. Once we get old it's too late. However difficult it may seem, it will only get worse so everyone should be motivated to start right away. I'm passionate about this and would like everyone to learn from what it's like to be fucked. Letting your body go is like being in a torture dungeon, it's like being on the rack and having your vertebrae ripped apart, it's no joke. Learn from me and do a little work each day and it's easy, you won't have to go through the agony.

With so many conflicts hotting up around the world, and the financial system on the brink, I'm finding it hard to believe that the world can hold on for another whole year without major conflict breaking out or financial collapse. Maybe the event can happen in 2024. If not, it is going to be hard to stifle what the Cabal is trying to do. Time is speeding up so quickly now but a whole year is a long time. I think war will expand but probably not go global ( I hope). Can the world financial system hold for another year, year and a half?
This makes me so angry. They are going after more of our tennis players (because they are rich). He is 10 years retired; I'm speaking of Todd Woodridge. Anyway, they were romancing him for a while, giving him special treatment; I mean even I noticed it. Now, they have gone and given him a game show. I'd watch out for these game show people, as half or more than half are rotten. So Todd has just gone and done it, his new *barf* game show. I don't think he even knows yet but wait, as they will put their claws into him. They will prob end up killing him and replacing him with a clone or a reptiloid or something....oh, and keep all his 10 million of tennis money. Grrr.
I never had to lose weight before but since I can't run, I have to eat less. I've almost gone right down to my usual size. Really good. Not even hungry. First time I ever had to diet and now it's a thing for me.

Molti di loro sono in dimensioni così elevate e sono così agiati, che non riescono a percepire la sofferenza esattamente come la percepiamo noi qui sulla Terra. Per cui i loro consiglieri Galattici dovrebbero per una volta cercare di trovare il modo di penetrare a livello di coscienza per un periodo tempo nella nostra sofferenza emotiva, fisica, mentale. Questo servirebbe loro per sperimentare ciò che si può definire come "il grado di sofferenza percepito dagli esseri umani". Ciò li porterebbe a comprendere meglio tutta la nostra condizione disumana che stiamo vivendo. E forse questo fornirebbe loro quella compassione che potrebbe fare scattare la molla per un intervento il prima possibile.

Hi everyone I'm in need of energetic assistance. Yoga for millennia has described the miraculous effects of simply fixing the physical body. Yoga is okay but exercise works twice as fast. I have a connective tissue disorder and my spine goes out 40 times a day, it's nearly constant. My whole life I've lived with the feeling of my spinal cord being cut in half in many places all the time. So if I can do daily intense exercise, anyone can. And if it helps someone like me, it will help anyone. The basic strategy is to work your spine:

It rebuilds your body so vertebrae WANT to go back into place. Like yesterday driving, I was backing out of a parking spot and turned my whole torso to look backwards, instead of it destroying my body like years past, it popped back into place. Bend over to reach in the fridge, pop! another one back in place. You get better each day not worse. You look forward to the future instead of being terrified.
Those symptoms are definitely subluxations. It's like being poisoned with arsenic or something that extreme. It makes every cell in your body, every system, go psychotic. I've been there many times. People complain about exercise being difficult, dude THAT is difficult. If people are escaping spine problems now, they won't when they're older. That's why most elderly people sit and never move, while others who have stayed active are fine. It's not so much the muscles, it's the nervous system and spinal column structure. The last 20 years of our life can be awesome or absolute torture. I've been there so I'm religious about staying in shape. Once we get old it's too late. However difficult it may seem, it will only get worse so everyone should be motivated to start right away. I'm passionate about this and would like everyone to learn from what it's like to be fucked. Letting your body go is like being in a torture dungeon, it's like being on the rack and having your vertebrae ripped apart, it's no joke. Learn from me and do a little work each day and it's easy, you won't have to go through the agony.

Da ricordare che già mesi fa in tempi non sospetti avevo già capito che molti componenti di LF non erano in grado di assumere determinati compiti. Vorrei anche aggiungere che siamo noi in difficoltà SOS come pianeta e che non possiamo correre il rischio di non essere aiutati per una qualsiasi mancanza imputabile ad alcuni membri di LF. Sarebbe come il ferito steso a terra che non riesce ad avere le prime cure necessarie attraverso l'intervento dell'ambulanza perché il personale della croce Rossa si sente male alla vista del sangue. This makes me so angry. They are going after more of our tennis players (because they are rich). He is 10 years retired; I'm speaking of Todd Woodridge. Anyway, they were romancing him for a while, giving him special treatment; I mean even I noticed it. Now, they have gone and given him a game show. I'd watch out for these game show people, as half or more than half are rotten. So Todd has just gone and done it, his new *barf* game show. I don't think he even knows yet but wait, as they will put their claws into him. They will prob end up killing him and replacing him with a clone or a reptiloid or something....oh, and keep all his 10 million of tennis money. Grrr.
