I was curious and have read (superficially) a translation of the book to Spanish by E Sierra in the Universidad de Barcelona website. There are a lot of people who are beautiful on the inside but their appearance doesn't match, when it easily could. I'm passionate about helping this issue because it's not too difficult, it's all about the types of sugar consumed. Fructose is hardly a food and more like a fattening drug. Glucose and fructose are the two sugar molecules. Sucrose is one of each, combined into one molecule, which splits apart upon digestion. Glucose is metabolized by the pancreas and insulin to be used as fuel for cells. Fructose, here's the key that few people know about, which is the whole cause of weight gain, fructose is metabolized by the liver directly into fat and stored before it's even usable by the body. A person can exercise 5 hours a day and never burn the amount of fat that a moderate amount of fructose creates. Even worse, when you merely taste something sweet, your body stores fat because it's expecting to have sugar to burn. But fructose isn't even real energy to burn, so it's double fat gaining. Corn syrup and agave nectar are mostly fructose and total poison. Everything about calories in weight gain is a distraction. That only works with normal nutrients. Fructose is sinister, hardly even a food. I eat huge amounts of organic cane sugar, honey, etc, and don't gain a pound. But one year, about 7 years ago, to save money I was eating foods that had corn syrup, that was the one time in my life I started to gain a weight. That wasn't even huge amounts like soda, just food with it. A lesser cause of weight gain can be toxicity. Sweating is so good for that. I go to a sauna, I noticed a huge difference in overall health when I started doing that. Also the bit of swelling or water or fat around my body went away quickly and now have olympian body composition. You can do it for free in a hot bath. Fill the tub halfway with as hot as you can tolerate. After 10 minutes, add hot up to 3/4. In another 10 minutes, add hot to fill the tub. The idea is keeping the water as hot as you can stand. It should be torture. Not burn your skin, but high body temp. It will make your heart race, major anxiety, desire to escape, but it's burning the shit out of your body and mind, it's a good thing. Totally changed my health. Sweating and exercise can make you feel crappy in the moment, that just means it's needed more. I've done extreme sports like big wall rock climbing and cycling that pushes you to the limit, it always makes me feel sick because it burns toxins out of your system. But the past several years since I started doing sauna (or hot bath) I feel great exercising. That means it would cure others of whatever their ailments are too, because it's the same cause. That's right, I remember you were doing a carnivore-like diet. I understand the problem with plants, I can feel it. What cured that for me is a low oxalate diet which is very easy. Just avoid the few on top and replace with similar foods. Lettuce and collard greens instead of spinach and kale. Strawberries instead of blueberries. Peel potatoes. No nuts and seeds which are lame anyways. That's all I do and it's made a huge difference. The few highest oxalate are very high, and all others are so far below, you don't need to go "low" oxalate, just avoid the top. I put it off for years because I was skeptical, but it's made a big difference and now I feel good eating anything but those few.

I know what you mean about the comments. I think it was the intel blackout and not covid; quite a few readers lost interest and left. A similar thing happened in the Keshe community. Hi Cobra, had to get stuff off of my chest the last update. Someone replied to my comment regarding Israeli genocide and nothing being done about it. Long prophetic dream about the late Dame Maggie Smith. In this dream I think I saw her two sons along with being in her actual home which was large and beautiful.
I wrote down a name, Annette. After digging around I learned that an Annette Lawless, a journalist/news reporters wrote kindly about Maggie after she passed. Interestingly, Annette also helps find missing children using her social media accounts. She is a superwoman and I think Maggie wanted to validate her work.

Je peux te dire cette année que la récolte des noix à été plus tardive et que par rapport à l'année dernière beaucoup d'arbres sont malades, et les fruits pourrissent, peut être à cause du climat ou d'une augmentation de la pollution.
Par contre l'humidité et le retour de la chaleur ont favorisés le nombre de moustiques voraces.
J'ai remarqué également l'apparition de libellule, je peux aussi te dire qu'elles sont capables de voler coordonnées, tout en se reproduisant 🤫c'est la première fois ici que j'en vois elles ont besoin d'un point d'eau pour pondre, mon fils pense qu'elle viennent du plan d'eau de la ville d'à côté et j'ai observé beaucoup plus de papillons cette année.
J'ai également aidé deux abeilles qui sont venues vers ma fenêtre épuisées, avec les fluctuations de températures et l'humidité, les petites butineuses ont étés très affectées dans leur travail, beaucoup sont mortes de faim 😢

ReplyDeleteI was curious and have read (superficially) a translation of the book to Spanish by E Sierra in the Universidad de Barcelona website. There Kircher discloses that underneath the surface the Earth is a network of caverns, crypts, passages etc for the first time. He puts all the time the analogy of the rooms and offices inside a palace for different purposes, and also the organs inside the body. Many interesting details, also his trip between eruptions and earthquakes from Sicily to Naples. For the rest he insists on the official catholic doctrine of the time (the Earth is the center of the universe etc).

This really makes me happy to read. Congratulations. This is a person who's comprehended what this blog teaches, which is half about saving yourself. From what I've experienced, and seen in others, nearly all our misery is from our body being in junk condition. The evidence is that plenty of people on Earth are happy and feel good. The Dark forces and matrix are only preventing us from otherworldly transcendental bliss that exists on higher planes. You don't need that. They're not preventing feeling great and having fun. Which means the entire cause is the physical body, mostly the spine being a problem. Yogis had it figured out thousands of years ago: Do hatha = become enlightened and feel great. They knew and taught how to rip apart and rebuild our crappy spine which heals the organs and brain automatically. They had archons, they had 3D, they had every problem imaginable; but when your body is pristine, that stuff doesn't matter anymore. It works. The best way is essentially yoga, but with exercise bands or cable machines. It makes the process of recreating your body 2x faster. They would have done this if they knew. Work the spine every way; forward, back, bend left and right, rotate left and right. And stretch all those directions.

You have to be hardcore about it. Watch Tom Platz working out. The yogis were hardcore. It's necessary if you want it to take less than 10 years like it does with yoga. Fascia is difficult to change, it takes serious exertion, and an hour of stretching every day. That's the recipe for enlightenment, I can say it works.
My angels just said that they are turning it around - my legs. My God, I got to the point where I could barely leave the house. I couldn't walk! I've told so many about this and NO ONE HAS CARED! DeleteLast night Mother Mary started working on me. My legs started shaking and jerking. It's like she is ejecting stuff out of my legs, esp my feet. This morning they were not heavy, as in really super heavy like the last few days. Luckily I have a good food supply so I really hope they get better. I can always get food delivered if I need to, but hopefully I won't need it. I spoke to the angels and they say I've had enough of it. Boy have I ever. They say give it a few days. Gladly. Some care, most do not. People are selfish by nature. What do you expect? Entitled people to pour their hearts out to a complete stranger online who complains about their ailing health? Be real. What would people typing kind words on a screen do to help you? Actual change comes from within, that's literally the whole point of any humble spiritual path, whether digital, physical, mental, emotional etc.. You have to fix yourself by positive affirmations and a willingness to accept that your willpower is enough, along with physiotherapy or muscle activation or similar strengthening practices. There are many pathways to enhancing your meridians and chakras. There is no outside power that is more efficient than your own, though we sometimes must confer to others in our ignorance. Hence why you as a sovereign physical entity are the closest thing to yourself, if that makes any sense. We must ask questions abroad when stuck inside our own influence, but when we have sufficient knowledge and wisdom then we can lift ourselves up to enlighten others who are weak at fault. Outside influence , or evocation is what the dark uses (Black magic) because they are weak from within by traveling the Path of Self or Left-handed Path or whatever you choose to call it (the denial of Source); they must rely on outside sources to empower them, as parasites do because they have no other choice to survive. Invocation (White magic) is the way of Service to Others, or Right-hand path in which all are offered service through empowerment (the affirmation of Source). Even those who are parasitic in nature can come to change paths if they so choose to believe there is power inside greater than without. That is our power to wield and our soulbound duty to uphold.

The shifted vertebrae block cerebrospinal fluid and choke our brain, making us crazy and miserable. It can be your lower back, but it's hammering on your brain your entire life. ReplyDeleteFructose from corn syrup is the main cause of weight gain, a very unfortunate problem that makes life sad. There are a lot of people who are beautiful on the inside but their appearance doesn't match, when it easily could. I'm passionate about helping this issue because it's not too difficult, it's all about the types of sugar consumed. Fructose is hardly a food and more like a fattening drug. Glucose and fructose are the two sugar molecules. Sucrose is one of each, combined into one molecule, which splits apart upon digestion. Glucose is metabolized by the pancreas and insulin to be used as fuel for cells. Fructose, here's the key that few people know about, which is the whole cause of weight gain, fructose is metabolized by the liver directly into fat and stored before it's even usable by the body. A person can exercise 5 hours a day and never burn the amount of fat that a moderate amount of fructose creates. Even worse, when you merely taste something sweet, your body stores fat because it's expecting to have sugar to burn. But fructose isn't even real energy to burn, so it's double fat gaining. Corn syrup and agave nectar are mostly fructose and total poison. Everything about calories in weight gain is a distraction. That only works with normal nutrients. Fructose is sinister, hardly even a food. I eat huge amounts of organic cane sugar, honey, etc, and don't gain a pound. But one year, about 7 years ago, to save money I was eating foods that had corn syrup, that was the one time in my life I started to gain a weight. That wasn't even huge amounts like soda, just food with it.
A lesser cause of weight gain can be toxicity. Sweating is so good for that. I go to a sauna, I noticed a huge difference in overall health when I started doing that. Also the bit of swelling or water or fat around my body went away quickly and now have olympian body composition. You can do it for free in a hot bath. Fill the tub halfway with as hot as you can tolerate. After 10 minutes, add hot up to 3/4. In another 10 minutes, add hot to fill the tub. The idea is keeping the water as hot as you can stand. It should be torture. Not burn your skin, but high body temp. It will make your heart race, major anxiety, desire to escape, but it's burning the shit out of your body and mind, it's a good thing. Totally changed my health. Sweating and exercise can make you feel crappy in the moment, that just means it's needed more. I've done extreme sports like big wall rock climbing and cycling that pushes you to the limit, it always makes me feel sick because it burns toxins out of your system. But the past several years since I started doing sauna (or hot bath) I feel great exercising. That means it would cure others of whatever their ailments are too, because it's the same cause. That's right, I remember you were doing a carnivore-like diet. I understand the problem with plants, I can feel it. What cured that for me is a low oxalate diet which is very easy. Just avoid the few on top and replace with similar foods. Lettuce and collard greens instead of spinach and kale. Strawberries instead of blueberries. Peel potatoes. No nuts and seeds which are lame anyways. That's all I do and it's made a huge difference. The few highest oxalate are very high, and all others are so far below, you don't need to go "low" oxalate, just avoid the top. I put it off for years because I was skeptical, but it's made a big difference and now I feel good eating anything but those few.

I know what you mean about the comments. I think it was the intel blackout and not covid; quite a few readers lost interest and left. A similar thing happened in the Keshe community. ReplyDeleteSadly, as you know, the darkies took MY hair away when I was 16, and would you believe it, which was 1996, of all years.
My antennas been clipped, which is probably one reason I feel so alone, cut off and frustrated, plus, let's all be honest.....unless one is a millionaire like Sean Connery (who also went bald at 16, if I remember correctly) or Hulk Hogan, sexual energy is something one's going to have little to none of. Also, in my entire family, on both sides, I'm the only bald person. EVERYONE ELSE has a full head of hair, even my grandpa who died at 93 in 2013, had a full head of hair. And, 9 times out of 10, bald folks in movies and TV are depicted as losers (Charlie Brown, George Castanza), villains (Dr. Evil, Lex Luthor), or total train wrecks (Ralph Wiggum, or the bald guy from 1980's "Airplane!").

Sorry, folks, but when YOU, since childhood, get to see other people doing their hair in the cool, hip styles, and dye them wild colors, and all you got to do since age sixteen was COMB-OVERS, one is going to be rather ANGRY.

An obvious man, with a 5 o'clock shadow.
Barry White or Alan Rickman like voice.
Hairy legs.
Cheap wig, or their own hair looking like Nick Noltey's mugshot.
A ratty dress looking it was from some rummage sale.
Make-up so tacky and sloppy, not even fit for a 1970's hooker.
Having tons of upper body strength, with tearing phone books in half as a hobby.
Drooling sexual predators and pedophiles.
Some (in)famous examples:
Mr. Mann from "Scary Movie", Hershey from "Escape from LA", Dame Edna, Divine (the infamous, obese drag queen from movies like "Pink Flamingos"), the inspector from "Ace Ventura, Pet Detective", or Jimmy Carry's other famous character, "Vera de Milo", just to name a few.
Folks also think about Monty Python when giving their view on transwomen.
They never mention someone like Bailey Jay, or get hostile if she is mentioned, like the so-called 'patriots' and the so-called 'awake' get riled up because Bailey does porn....like if that is some sorta crime (especially the 'patriots' who say they are Christians).
