I try to keep in mind the negative feelings we experience are artificially created by archons and the rest. Things that seem intolerable such as having to work for a living, or our weird ugly bodies is not as bad as they may seem. Evidence of this is anyone who's tried drugs or alcohol sees how everything suddenly becomes beautiful and makes sense. And that's just a minor brain chemistry change, that's not even the etheric grid shut down or true physical healing. All these negative feelings are a hallucination. I saw this screenshot of a woman's dating profile, and I thought wow, this is exactly the feelings archons cause. Even "normal" people feel this same sense of despair and low self esteem. It helped me have compassion for myself, seeing this nice woman so frustrated with herself, and thinking how no one should feel this bad about themselves, afraid to even be seen in public. It's blatant archon programming because everyone feels like this to some degree, and we really shouldn't. It's a hopeful situation because leaving Earth or ascending or whatever dramatic solution is desired, is probably not necessary to enjoy life. Once they turn off the grid or other minor improvements in the situation, we'll probably be chilling and won't have to wait till 2049 to have some fun. They could shut down these hellish underground bases and we'll suddenly feel better without seeing anything on the news or knowing why. Anyways, don't let yourself get like this:
I'm gonna hop onboard the first ship I can. I WANT and NEED to leave earth and get a beautiful body (I'm not doing this for anyone, I'm doing it for ME) and travel the cosmos like everyone else out there. Being on this planet, and having this nasty body IS bad for myself. You wanna chill here, go ahead, but it's not a one size fits all thing.
And I wanna find that special someone. Gave up on humans as lovers 13 years ago. I KNOW what I need lays beyond this planet, and I gotta get out there.
