DeleteJust yesterday I had a strange experience. I was at lunch with co-workers and my friend said he had to pay $500 for prescription glasses. As I finished chewing my bight of food with the words "you should go see my friend at spotlight optical for a pair of glasses" on the tip of my tongue... doesn't that store owner call me at that very moment to ask me when the next time I'm coming in to see them!😳 I haven't gone for an eye exam with them for 2 YEars, and he calls me at the exact moment I'm about to mention them. It's brain inflammation caused by food allergies. That's why nobody gets better, they don't give up gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, corn, nuts, nightshades, and preferably all grains. The people who do, snap out of it like a bad dream. Same with chronic pain and every other mysterious modern problem. Look up "autoimmune paleo." Meat, green veggies, fat, fruit. The obvious human diet.

Delete@Danikjr: I remember my first teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (founder of Transcendental Meditation) saying that Kundalini was dangerous to fool around with. That it isn't something to force. The development of the 7 energy centers (chakras) is meant to be a natural process.

In doing a Google search, there are links to explore. Here's just one. It also lists an individual who can help people on Skype at the bottom of the article. There are many more articles to look up.
I think a main thing is that an individual needs to get well, balanced, if their mental state has become ill. It's not a crime to have doctors help with this if needed.

DeleteHowever, what I've learned since studying nutrition at age 17 is that no two individuals are alike. No two people will have exactly the same requirement. No two people will have the same life path.
What may "seem" like a "law" of nutrition can be so for some individuals, and can be refuted without adverse results by others. That is how individualized diet is.
I would simply suggest that all of realize, what may work for us, may not for others. So when we advocate something we feel is good, it's also beneficial to indicate that for others it may not work.
In short, no one diet is right for everyone, whether it's vegan/vegetarian or animal protein inclusive diet, etc.
In my personal experience, I was a vegetarian. Then I met a woman who introduced me to a most healthful diet, but it included eggs, fish, chicken, turkey, lamb and even red meat (ground beef). As soon as I ate lamb for the first time, I had a very deep spiritual experience. And my life had already been open to spiritual truth and "God" since childhood (not in a religious sense, but in an experiential spiritual sense).
May God bring the Golden Age of Heaven On Earth Now!
Find a therapist, literature, or resources associated with "spiritual emergence" There are people in the field of psychology trying to help in distinguishing between awakening experiences and actual psychosis, and resourcing accordingly.

I've found my dreams are better when I don't look at disclosure info before sleep else the subconscious is drawn there. Shuts another door to negative influences. Funny books, and YouTube videos of animals playing help better dreams (although screens before bed can create insomnia). So do Christ consciousness meditations. Hope this helps someone.

On March 30 2018, I dreamt a giant (super huge) purple cloud suddenly appeared in the sky, and almost 1 month later, I saw a YT video about a 3 years boy draw a painting in purple color, and he told his mom this was the sky open a door.....
Most are in the process of awakening to our true selves which is a process. This activation is suppose to put some into “full alignment”. Speeding the process up for these selected ones that receive this energy at this time I believe.

I got things like telepathy, reading other people minds sometimes entire crowds, intuition, changed weather few times, even had my hairs on fire ignited with I don’t know what energy and had two witness with me then

Yes, I can hear and feel people's thoughts and feelings. Individuals or a crowd like you say. Each individual in the crowd all at once. I can feel and hear spirits, and animals. I can feel plant and mineral life. A huge boost came from Keshe technology. When I was working on it a lot, I could taste and smell canned food while it was still in the can. In the store I'd know which one I'd like just from holding it. When I'd get it home and actually eat it, sure enough it was accurate. I've been changing rapidly the past couple days. I'm not sure the cause, it could be health stuff I'm doing. Also the etheric plane has been improving steadily for a year. There's still a ways to go, but it's definitely happening, like being on a different planet.

Was very upsetting time and some if it was took out on close family which I now regret. Hopefully Pleidiens can inform in advance in future. Anyway, the author himself makes critical remarks as well, thus contradicting himself. I think I will give it a try.
“Criticism is the simplest disrespect of free will which is usually the doorway through which conflicts and disharmony come in.” This might be true, at times. But sometimes criticism might be helpful, even necessary. Even when it appears to be unpleasant, at first sight.
No word about that on the part of the author, though. Instead, he emphasizes his point by stating that one should not attack and criticize based on “opinions, interpretations, personal perceptions, various speculations and indirect factors relating to personal choices.”
A tall order. This covers everything a person may think. Considering this, you might as well stop saying anything. But then again, that’s what the author wants, stating this “forces things to be resolved in harmonious ways.” But what happens if there are still problems bothering you?
“Bottle up your personal issues” on the one hand, but “explain our personal situations” on the other hand. But remember to avoid personal perception, as the author has stated before. This would create disharmony, and needs to be avoided.
And while you may ask questions and make respectful suggestions, please remember never to refer to your opinions and interpretations as well. It might impair free will. If this sound complicated and contradictory to you, remember you still have one choice left: Not saying anything.
But why bother if the outside world is mirror to ourselves, so that everyone could take responsibility and focus on the lofty. But what if there is a time lag of creation, so that the mirror reflects only our past? And what about blind spots people might have because they take things for granted?
To sum it up, it does not work. The idea to never criticize is an idealistic concept without practical use, suggesting the illusion that harmony could be achieved by conversational denial. This will lead to even more conflicts, because problems will boil up and explode over time.
hmmmmm - there are such things as empathetic listening, assertive statements where YOU own what YOU feel without blame, judgement or criticism and there is also asking for guidance about what needs to be said. we do not have to be perfect we just have to try to change how we communicate. my opinions are based on my life experiences as are everyone else's so how can one person be right or wrong in those circumstances. when we learn to be the "observer" there is no need to be right or to judge another as being wrong. practice makes perfect and awareness shows the need for practice. circles within circles it would seem.

ReplyDeleteLast weekend I felt run down yet fine. Drained....yet energetic. Dizzy after bending over which never happens to me. It lasted about 4 days but is mostly gone now. I knew 'something' was going on. Both Meditation and Yoga help.

We are seeing various groups and individuals, both in real life and online, and even within large respected organizations, consciously choosing to exclude other light initiatives even more than ever before, creating a potential rift between even the core of the Light forces on Earth!

I had the strangest dream 2 nights ago and then I saw Conra's post. In the dream I and 3 other people were outside and it was night and all of a sudden we saw 2 rows of lights like stars --5 in each row. Then the bottom lights went out all at once and then the top row of lights went dark too. I commented to one of the other people "did I just see that?" and they had seen it too. Then a few moments later a whitish roundish space craft appeared overhead. It had a round red light that flashed. For some reason I began waving at it to say hello. (FYI, I am one of those weird folks who is always waving at airplanes!) In the next instant it literally dropped from the sky like a star and landed nearby and a human looking guy came out and sat on these rocks looking at us and smiling. He wore a white uniform like a wetsuit, he was bald, and he had dark eyes, pale skin and he had some sort of communication device on his left ear. He was about 35-40 or so years old looking and not at all threatening. I waved him over and the people with me (who I didn't really know), we all did a group hug and said hello to him. He didn't say anything but just smiled a very friendly smile though I could sense he was communicating with the others in the ship as this was playing out. It was very pleasant and I didn't feel threatened by the encounter. I woke up and told my husband about the strange dream I just had though it made me feel giddy for some reason in its novelty. Then the next day I saw Cobra's blog post and went "Whaaattt???" How cool is that!!

ReplyDeleteThis would explain my five nights of lucid dreams in row (lol at first I wrote five nights at Freddy's), and yes Archons are increasing their interferences as well with urges of impulsive behaviour. I had lucid dreams in the past, but never some many times in one week.
And remember folks, this is all about the grid ratio. Cobra said that if the Light and Dark forces hadn't signed some loose agreements in the past, there would be Reptilians eating humans on the streets and Pleiadians and other GF forces rescuing us, so there would be a lot of traumatizing experiences for the surface popualtion. Now, the Pleiadians have started activating certain individuals and so the Archons have also ramped up negative emotional responces in these individuals. I was quite amazed actually, I thought I had such outbursts under control, but this week one such moment came back and it was really hard to resist (and of course they'll probably trigger your nearest loved ones to set you on a negative emotional course, so stay vigilant).

What do you think of the fact that yaldabaoth, the plasma squid, the 9-finger squid, comes to a standstill in Curitiba, right on the magnetic island, when they are about 4% in their final moments of dissolution? Apart from the fact that the toplets still appear dangerous.

DeleteSpeaking of lucid dreams I've had many them that go back as far as the 1980s. Most of which had taken place aboard a star ship one as a cheif engineer others assisting in mapping out star systems, visiting other worlds where ancient technology was found. Some operational others in ruins. There was one where I visited the planet Erra in the Plieadies star system. There was also another where I was visited by my spirit guide who helped me get through some very dark times. What he told me still stands out to this very day. "Always remember who you are, but never forget who you were."

Perhaps an acquaintance of mine is affected by the activation, and I could imagine her as a key person. She is a fundamental Christian, but not typically fundamental. She attaches great importance to a living relationship with God. One day before the post she told us about an unusual, very real dream.
ReplyDeleteSomeone she thought was Jesus Christ asked her if she wanted to go with him to the tabernacle (as described in the Bible in relation to the tabernacle and the temple). She said yes, but she was afraid at the same time. Then he took her in her coat (her fear immediately disappeared) and went in with her and said, see, you only need to be in me.
She seemed very satisfied and happy when she told this to about 30 people.
