What we need to achieve roughly an 1/f2 spectrum is to enhance the shorter wave-lengths emission (at the left of diagram).
Using filters to get it (like in stage lighting) will lead to a 'disastrous' lm/W output of the light source.
So what remains to do for better, is to improve the spectrum by adding, not by filtering...
