In celestial mechanics, the Lagrange points, L-points, or libration points, are orbital points near two large co-orbiting bodies. At the Lagrange points the gravitational forces of the two large bodies cancel out in such a way that a small object placed in orbit there is in equilibrium in at least two directions relative to the center of mass of the large bodies.
There are five such points, labeled L1 to L5, all in the orbital plane of the two large bodies, for each given combination of two orbital bodies. For instance, there are five Lagrangian points L1 to L5 for the Sun–Earth system, and in a similar way there are five different Lagrangian points for the Earth–Moon system.
Cobra has posted previously as the Light Forces were able to systematically (working back from L5) clear those areas from negative anomaly. The last area to be cleared is surface earth represented by L0 in order to achieve final liberation of the planet.
Once all negative anomaly is cleared on surface earth the light grid of earth can once again successfully be re-activated/re-instated as it was in the time of Atlantis and Lemuria (before the fall of earth).
