I have been in contact with Astrophysicist Mike Merrifield and he has told me that their are clusters of galaxies. In each cluster there is dilute gas between each galaxy. The jets that the black holes produce are actually pushing this dilute gas away and become less dense than the surrounding dilute gas. This causes a buoyancy pressure and as these jets distance themselves from the black hole they turn into bubbles and rise out of the dilute gas. I agree that fat is very important. Vegetable oils are probably harmful, and I've concluded that the best fat (currently) is fat from butter/dairy, and it looks like you have arrived at this conclusion as well. Some may disagree but this has worked best in my case. It's definitely a balance. I've found that when I go low fat I feel bad and I get heartburn.
When I eat meat I have a much higher tendency to get into conflicts with others. This doesn't mean everyone should go vegetarian - people can do what they feel is best.
Part of what I was doing wrong was I would too often bring the energies upward, when the energies need to go downward into the Earth - advise I found from reading articles from Cobra's suggested Isis Astara site. I made this update in my post at the end:
When I think about ascension, I think about going upward. When I think about 'raising your vibration,' I think about energies going upward. There's also 'kundalini rising.' This is probably why I've had so many issues, because trying to have the energy go upward is trying to create a God vortex (masculine), and Cobra has stated that God vortexes cannot be activated yet because the energies would be far too unstable.

The jets that the black holes produce are actually pushing this dilute gas away and become less dense than the surrounding dilute gas. This causes a buoyancy pressure and as these jets distance themselves from the black hole they turn into bubbles and rise out of the dilute gas. ReplyDeleteI agree that fat is very important. Vegetable oils are probably harmful, and I've concluded that the best fat (currently) is fat from butter/dairy, and it looks like you have arrived at this conclusion as well. Some may disagree but this has worked best in my case. It's definitely a balance. I've found that when I go low fat I feel bad and I get heartburn.
When I eat meat I have a much higher tendency to get into conflicts with others. This doesn't mean everyone should go vegetarian - people can do what they feel is best.
Part of what I was doing wrong was I would too often bring the energies upward, when the energies need to go downward into the Earth - advise I found from reading articles from Cobra's suggested Isis Astara site. I made this update in my post at the end:
When I think about ascension, I think about going upward. When I think about 'raising your vibration,' I think about energies going upward. There's also 'kundalini rising.' This is probably why I've had so many issues, because trying to have the energy go upward is trying to create a God vortex (masculine), and Cobra has stated that God vortexes cannot be activated yet because the energies would be far too unstable.
Goddess Vortex - Energy comes from above downward.
God Vortex - Energy comes from below upward.
The real process of ascension, at least currently, is bringing the energies downward into Earth.
After Earth gets a critical mass of Goddess energies, then, and only then, should God vortexes be activated. What about Buddhic columns though? With Buddhic columns, the energy appears to be spiraling downward, and anomaly and anomalous entities are taken upward for transmutation.
Actually if you read the link(s) (in “The Legacy of Isis Astara”) then you will see that the light forces use our positive energy to act. There are no military weapons used because that will trigger toplets and cause the surface of the planet to become uninhabitable.
