@Libra For me, I don't want to fall asleep and pretty much 'die', that's the LAST thing my mother needs, plus I want to have TOTAL CONTROL of my transformation. As in the aliens show up, land, I physically step onboard one of their ships, and I go with them. I then discuss with them what I want exactly, and go over EVERY DETAIL of what I want done. They get the technology, whatever form it takes, ready and I step in it, the aliens switch it on, I wait for the tech to do its work, and I step out, perfectly restored and upgraded. No death or incarnation needed.

I've been having those thoughts too. Things even feel worse than when we were all in quarantine/lockdown. I've always prayed or spoke to my guides but now I question if they were hijacked recently/really helping me at all/if I'm even praying to actual benevolent guides now. And it's a scary feeling because as someone who has deep trust issues,it then puts a thought if the light forces aren't lying or something either... And when I went into Melbourne by train, they have changed the timetable and you no longer go in to Flinders St. Now the only way to change trains is Southern Cross station, and that means using lifts (no longer can you avoid the lift like at Flinders St.) I managed to go up scary lifts many times, at least with Vertigo it is toooo scary. I think the Vertigo is gone now!! I was able to go up lifts that have a see-through window, up several stories. Then down onto another platform to get another train. And coming home I did this several times, waiting for the familiar terror I would feel. I swear, I wasn't dizzy. Carrum station even changed/rebuilt, and now it had a new lift. So down two stories and then up again afterwards. I can't believe I can run again around the neighbourhood and use lifts! I never thought I would get over vertigo! Never. It's amazing! Now it seems I'm fixing up my MS by using chorella (to get rid of mercury). I think it is working. Go natural cures! Amazing...
With the November election in mind, it would be good to know what Trump is at the moment. For many people he has always been the "good guy" who wants to take down the deep state, despite his defects. But the readers of this blog at least know he has been an asset of the Jesuits controlled by the Gaetani family, put there to polarize the US population. Maybe he now works fully for the light along with the positive military, or maybe he is as before. If it was the first possibility it would be motivating for the election, otherwise it would be like choosing between the bad and the worse: it´s better to vote for the bad, but not very encouraging.. He would have a dark past anyway, but if at least he´s left it behind then it´s something else. Also would be motivating to know that the election will be clean, in oder to vote. May be insightful for those who think Light Forces aren't doing enough, and may lead a shift in perspectives. Although it doesn't help those who are still suffering, it can be a reminder to how close we're to the finish line.
A final note for the Light Forces, ATVOR volume and the pleasantness is the second best thing to be provided for us!

@Libra I'm not at all in for a rushed 'Event, in fact, ATVOR volume is what I'm particularly concerned about. After the removal of practically all negative entities and SQA/Lurker, we can at least be able to enjoy a good (60-80)% ATVOR volume if we get really lucky. I've been facing lots and lots attacks a few months before I got introduced to Cobra's blog.
With a large portion of IBC, and ethereal surveillance gone, at least an incredible ethereal support and spiritual vibrations can be established. Consciousness levels can finally be raised quite effortlessly with the help of that level of ATVOR volume without the dark forces sabotaging the progress again and again.
Hopefully, individuals may even be beamed up prior to the Event bypassing any possible dark detection. Honestly, with a deep genuine connection with Source, the 'behemoth of boredom, would no longer be a problem.

Many may know this, but I'd like to briefly go into how to better access one's personal "bubble of heaven." This maybe also activates ATVOR. During a bubble of heaven 'session:'
What do you enjoy doing that relaxes you?
Stop all thoughts about any negativity in your own life. Stop all thoughts about any negative news in the world. Stop all thoughts about the cabal. Stop all thoughts about the projected future. If/when these thoughts come through, realize they are trying to distract you from accessing the bubble of heaven, and allow yourself to keep relaxing.
Having relaxed focus on positive advanced worlds is one of the ways of access. Feel the energies come through into the body. Maybe listen to some nice electronic music.
Sidenote regarding A432 music:
If it's not in A432, it's ok to listen to it. Often times there is no choice. Lightworkers don't have to limit music choices just because the music is not tuned to A432. Just be sure to have some A432 sound tones (which are plentiful on youtube) to listen to and maybe hum or sing to every now and again.
It's also possible to tune A440 music down to A432 using various software, such as Soundforge or Audacity. But even then, it's not true A432 music, and only has a fraction of the benefits. True A432 music is originally created in A432.
Libra, emotions could be said to be complex mega-clusters of thoughts. I'm not completely sure what emotions exactly are composed of - there's probably more to it than this - I'm stating this as a possibility.
It's important to alter both thoughts and emotions. Toxic thoughts can create toxic emotions, and toxic emotions can create toxic thoughts. I've discovered that at least in my case, I can change how I feel using specific stimuli, such as music and various scenery. It's not feasible to positively alter emotions and thoughts 24/7, but it helps to have a short amount of time - maybe an hour or so per day - in a bubble of heaven. This also helps to reduce severity when in a 'bubble of hell.'
I agree, there's no quick fix, but there are methods that have a positive effect over time. Qigong is another example.
Just a small comment to say when I drink my chlorella, as I do each morning, it actually triggers "tingling" in my buttock (I know, strange place) in 5 minutes, and how higher up in the leg. Blimey, that is fast. The foot or toe numbness seems like half gone. I think it is bloody working! Sorry, just had to say that. Hmm, think I'll have some sardines... (er, just thinking out loud).
The new guy I have to help me get a job, is obese. He's not fat, he's not a little obese, he's really, really big. But he's human with a nice sense of humor, so that is a relief. He's NOT a reptiloid, unlike that other weird lady I had a while ago. Why do you put stuff in your mouth? Just reduce eating. It's amazing how weight drops off if you reduce eating; and then choose a sport.

I have always been skinny. I have massive emotional neglect! Really, I can't even begin to describe the emotional neglect I suffered through. You can choose to eat a lot or not eat a lot. What I KNOW is that humans are amazingly resilient. Humans can do anything they want to do. Many times you see fat people get off their arses and actually exercise and stop eating so much. They do it easily. They just have to determine mentally that they want to do it, and start. It can be done.
People put stuff in their mouth because it is easy. (I know in America that 70% of food consumed isn't even real food. It is full of seed oils and it is junk food that isn't even real food.) They tell themself how they eat emotionally. Usually they are just lazy. This man is able to work full-time. I assume he was able to drive. He works in a brain dead job, yet obviously he is not able to eat normally. He is so obese that he is heading for an early grave. He needs to stop eating, now!
All he has to do is stop using food as a "coping mechanism". I wish him well with this. It is easy once you make your mind up. We all have free choice.
From age 8 1/2 to age 16 or 17, I had weight issues, too. Mainly from the verbal abuse I got in school (Grades K-4 were bad, 2nd grade was when it started BIG time) I was in catholic school, and can't tell who was the bigger bullies...the other students or the teachers, who were mostly nuns. Anyway, my 2nd grade teacher, who was HORRID.....she even LOOKED like a witch, warts and all. Started getting fat during her year, and my worst was 190 pounds during early high school days. Started losing the weight in 1995, during my first high school year. In 1996, went on a crash diet, even being anorexic for a few months, due to my hair starting to fall out (and I HAD to, imagine being BOTH fat AND bald in high school.....I would have probably hanged myself if that happened). Managed to get a body like Bruce Lee in the late 2000's, but thanks to ascension symptoms, my 8 pack abs, which I worked HARD to get, got covered up, and within WEEKS of the symptoms started.

Cobra why are they pressing so hard on me? Everything's sex now. I'm trying to be normal, and helpful. I know everyone's working hard. I'm able to get back to normal. But the pull toward the negative is way too intense constantly. I mean why isn't there a date set up where you guys can pull the trigger, save us, have those of us who can protect others act as shields with invocations to lessen the damage from whatever attacks they do? DeleteFor me, I don't want to fall asleep and pretty much 'die', that's the LAST thing my mother needs, plus I want to have TOTAL CONTROL of my transformation. As in the aliens show up, land, I physically step onboard one of their ships, and I go with them. I then discuss with them what I want exactly, and go over EVERY DETAIL of what I want done. They get the technology, whatever form it takes, ready and I step in it, the aliens switch it on, I wait for the tech to do its work, and I step out, perfectly restored and upgraded. No death or incarnation needed.

Interesting. Apparently, according to Father Absolute, you STOP AGING in the forth and fifth dimensions. Well I look very young (and act young) which is probably strange considering my age. I'm starting to think that we're tricked by Light Forces to incarnate on this Planet to help, they probably promise us some cool rewards in return but we're fucked and it's just not worth it, love is nowhere to be found, people are living their empty lives everyday with no meaning at all and I'm just actor and observer of this depressed, sad and lonely movie... it's like I'm in Truman Show and i know I'm in Truman Show and i can't escape, no exit to be found. Best advice currently: stop doing any Light work if you are doing a lot of it. Targeting on you might go down from just that. Other advice wuick fix advice is training each and every day. Consume lots of Fruits and Veggies. Drink plenty of either purifies, boiled or filtered water (yes they put nasty sh*t in the water sometimes, God Forbids Right!)

I've been having those thoughts too. Things even feel worse than when we were all in quarantine/lockdown. I've always prayed or spoke to my guides but now I question if they were hijacked recently/really helping me at all/if I'm even praying to actual benevolent guides now. And it's a scary feeling because as someone who has deep trust issues,it then puts a thought if the light forces aren't lying or something either... I just wanted to see israhell finally get it's comeuppance, that is, save those children and families getting murdered for 75 years and counting. So many of the members of the dark have been destroyed along with all their Dumbs and labs, i thought at *least* the human trafficking issue would be solved now.. It's not even for my sake, I just always think about the victims that suffered sra, experimentation, torture.. god, just please let the light forces be legit, not hiding important truths, bc i keep hearing so many conflicting things like forced reincarnation, "annunaki" resetting human race with mass extinction events, earth is not earth, that it's a dome and guides are just guards preventing you from seeing the true light...that benevolent beings cant reach us.. so much negative shit after all these emotional flare ups is screwing me up lately, along with other misfortunes, but I put that aside to ask for innocent people around the world to stop being subjected to war and mass murder. ReplyDeleteAnd when I went into Melbourne by train, they have changed the timetable and you no longer go in to Flinders St. Now the only way to change trains is Southern Cross station, and that means using lifts (no longer can you avoid the lift like at Flinders St.) I managed to go up scary lifts many times, at least with Vertigo it is toooo scary. I think the Vertigo is gone now!! I was able to go up lifts that have a see-through window, up several stories. Then down onto another platform to get another train. And coming home I did this several times, waiting for the familiar terror I would feel. I swear, I wasn't dizzy. Carrum station even changed/rebuilt, and now it had a new lift. So down two stories and then up again afterwards. I can't believe I can run again around the neighbourhood and use lifts! I never thought I would get over vertigo! Never. It's amazing! Now it seems I'm fixing up my MS by using chorella (to get rid of mercury). I think it is working. Go natural cures! Amazing...
With the November election in mind, it would be good to know what Trump is at the moment. For many people he has always been the "good guy" who wants to take down the deep state, despite his defects. But the readers of this blog at least know he has been an asset of the Jesuits controlled by the Gaetani family, put there to polarize the US population.

If it was the first possibility it would be motivating for the election, otherwise it would be like choosing between the bad and the worse: it´s better to vote for the bad, but not very encouraging.. He would have a dark past anyway, but if at least he´s left it behind then it´s something else.
Also would be motivating to know that the election will be clean, in oder to vote. But as always, maybe things are much more complicated than this..

Now, it can be said that remnant of beings were hidden and thus took more time to clear them. Nevertheless, from "Trillions upon Trilions" of entities to 18 Million remaining is still quite a gigantic progress on part of the Light Forces!! Chimera has been completely cleared as well! May be insightful for those who think Light Forces aren't doing enough, and may lead a shift in perspectives. Although it doesn't help those who are still suffering, it can be a reminder to how close we're to the finish line.
A final note for the Light Forces, ATVOR volume and the pleasantness is the second best thing to be provided for us!

Many may know this, but I'd like to briefly go into how to better access one's personal "bubble of heaven." This maybe also activates ATVOR. During a bubble of heaven 'session:'

Stop all thoughts about any negativity in your own life. Stop all thoughts about any negative news in the world. Stop all thoughts about the cabal. Stop all thoughts about the projected future. If/when these thoughts come through, realize they are trying to distract you from accessing the bubble of heaven, and allow yourself to keep relaxing.
Having relaxed focus on positive advanced worlds is one of the ways of access. Feel the energies come through into the body. Maybe listen to some nice electronic music.
Sidenote regarding A432 music:
If it's not in A432, it's ok to listen to it. Often times there is no choice. Lightworkers don't have to limit music choices just because the music is not tuned to A432. Just be sure to have some A432 sound tones (which are plentiful on youtube) to listen to and maybe hum or sing to every now and again.
It's also possible to tune A440 music down to A432 using various software, such as Soundforge or Audacity. But even then, it's not true A432 music, and only has a fraction of the benefits. True A432 music is originally created in A432.

Libra, emotions could be said to be complex mega-clusters of thoughts. I'm not completely sure what emotions exactly are composed of - there's probably more to it than this - I'm stating this as a possibility.
DeleteIt's important to alter both thoughts and emotions. Toxic thoughts can create toxic emotions, and toxic emotions can create toxic thoughts. I've discovered that at least in my case, I can change how I feel using specific stimuli, such as music and various scenery. It's not feasible to positively alter emotions and thoughts 24/7, but it helps to have a short amount of time - maybe an hour or so per day - in a bubble of heaven. This also helps to reduce severity when in a 'bubble of hell.'
I agree, there's no quick fix, but there are methods that have a positive effect over time. Qigong is another example.

I have always been skinny. I have massive emotional neglect! Really, I can't even begin to describe the emotional neglect I suffered through. You can choose to eat a lot or not eat a lot. What I KNOW is that humans are amazingly resilient. Humans can do anything they want to do. Many times you see fat people get off their arses and actually exercise and stop eating so much. They do it easily. They just have to determine mentally that they want to do it, and start. It can be done.

They tell themself how they eat emotionally. Usually they are just lazy. This man is able to work full-time. I assume he was able to drive. He works in a brain dead job, yet obviously he is not able to eat normally. He is so obese that he is heading for an early grave. He needs to stop eating, now!
All he has to do is stop using food as a "coping mechanism". I wish him well with this. It is easy once you make your mind up. We all have free choice.
From age 8 1/2 to age 16 or 17, I had weight issues, too. Mainly from the verbal abuse I got in school (Grades K-4 were bad, 2nd grade was when it started BIG time) I was in catholic school, and can't tell who was the bigger bullies...the other students or the teachers, who were mostly nuns. Anyway, my 2nd grade teacher, who was HORRID.....she even LOOKED like a witch, warts and all. Started getting fat during her year, and my worst was 190 pounds during early high school days. Started losing the weight in 1995, during my first high school year. In 1996, went on a crash diet, even being anorexic for a few months, due to my hair starting to fall out (and I HAD to, imagine being BOTH fat AND bald in high school.....I would have probably hanged myself if that happened). Managed to get a body like Bruce Lee in the late 2000's, but thanks to ascension symptoms, my 8 pack abs, which I worked HARD to get, got covered up, and within WEEKS of the symptoms started.

Cobra why are they pressing so hard on me? Everything's sex now. I'm trying to be normal, and helpful. I know everyone's working hard. I'm able to get back to normal. But the pull toward the negative is way too intense constantly. I mean why isn't there a date set up where you guys can pull the trigger, save us, have those of us who can protect others act as shields with invocations to lessen the damage from whatever attacks they do? Like where's the tactical planning here? Where's the communication about what we can do proactively to prepare for a showdown instead of sitting down getting our asses handed to us constantly?
