This was a really heavy month, I've never experienced more brutal physical attacks before, I mean they were brutal, but they didn't last almost a whole week and they didn't also attack my family with insomnia (they used to do this only to me).

may I suggest the use of blue/purple flame? I usually say the following words in my mind:

Global Meditation Proposal for May 17th 2017 Pleiades Alignement Day
We had nearly 600 voters on our website (disclosurenews.it) poll favorable to a global meditation on May 17. As we are a small site we can reach a limited number of people. The number clearly shows there is the will of the surface polulation to do something to help the planet liberation. We would like to relaunch the idea and see if someone else would mirror the 17th meditation, thre is the need of bigger website like PFC, Cobra and others to succeed. This will surely not be a Critical Mass oriented meditation due to the cold surrounding our proposal. As we do not know a proper timing we suggest to do it @ 17:17 UTC... what you guys say?
There is not need for bigger website!... There is need that Cobra conducting it here like the last ones.
But it depends if Cobra agrees the idea of this proposal in order to put into movement this action.
During the time there were other proposals like this too,... but time has proven that only very few were in Cobra's agreement. Or, most probably,... were considered of a very importance...

I've made a breakdown of the steps as outlined in the meditation Cobra has linked in this article. It's recommended you do this once in the morning when you arise and once at night before sleep.
Step 1: “I call upon the Pillar of Pure White Light to descend upon me and to form around me. I call upon the Presence of the I Am That I Am. I ask the Presence of the I Am That I Am to join and merge with me.“
Step 2: Continue to repeat the above until you feel your vibrational frequency is high, imagine the presence (source) at the top of the pillar, surround yourself in the tunnel of light.
Step 3: Move the energy up through your crown chakra, move up inside this pillar of light and allow it to charge each chakra above your head (8-12)
Step 4: at the top of this pillar meet with the precede of the I am (source) see this as an ethereal body of pure white light, merge, unite and bathe in the precedes of source.
Step 5: when practised enough you can fully merge with the source. At this point follow the instructions below.
Round 1: You meet, merge and unite with the I Am Presence. Bring back the Presence and imbue your body with the Presence from the top of your head all the way to the bottom of your feet, all the way to the core of Mother Earth.
Round 2: Move up again inside the Pillar of White Light into the Presence of the I Am That I Am; mixing, merging and uniting in Oneness. Pull that energy vibration down and bring it into every chakra of your body and being, down to the bottom of your feet and from your feet into the core of Mother Earth.
Round 3: Go back up the same way, and after you have merged with the I Am Presence, ask your questions. When you are complete with your questions, listen for any answers. Remaining answers will come at the time they are needed. To replenish your body, bring the united and merged essence of the I Am That I Am down into your body.
I asked to be inserted in their protection and healing program (and I also asked this for my family members and friends) and I swear to creation, right before I feel asleep I heard a voice asking me, if I will come (aboard), and the dark ones interfered again in cut me off. Man, I can hardly control my vengeful emotions, I would personally like to drag them into the Central Sun. But I need to keep my cool. I know exactly who you're referring to. I listen to her weekly "reports" with Kent Dunn because he says he has insider sources in the intelligence community, but the way she says "umm, you know, ... umm, you know, umm you know " between every 5 words is so annoying that it's brain numbing to listen to her say umm umm you know umm you know for AN HOUR.

May I also suggest the use of Sirian seal to protect your chakras? Just spin the seals in clockwise direction with each of the seals being of the corresponding colours for each chakra. (just google Sirian seal and imagine it in 3D form (like a tetrahedron) encircling the entire chakra as you spin it. You can also ask for help from Sirian ET when doing the spinning of the seals around your chakras.)
And also ask for help, like ger say said.
Stay safe and don't let them get the best of you, they are only exposing themselves even more this way and when they are exposed, you can send them a ''counterattack'', it helped me until the real helped arrived (by counterattack I mean sending whatever positive energetic intention you can muster in their direction or the direction of the energy weapon attack, if this means visualizing sending an energy beam of pure white light with your energy body, by all means do so. ReplyDeleteWe had nearly 600 voters on our website (disclosurenews.it) poll favorable to a global meditation on May 17. As we are a small site we can reach a limited number of people. The number clearly shows there is the will of the surface polulation to do something to help the planet liberation. We would like to relaunch the idea and see if someone else would mirror the 17th meditation, thre is the need of bigger website like PFC, Cobra and others to succeed. This will surely not be a Critical Mass oriented meditation due to the cold surrounding our proposal. As we do not know a proper timing we suggest to do it @ 17:17 UTC... what you guys say?

DeleteI with you AT ... it has been over two weeks since the RM/LF relayed the sable rattling must stop soon. It hasn't ... so again RM/LF how soon is soon? We know it's not days or even weeks ... months? .... years? before they do what they say in a BIG way? It's extremely frustrating to continue to see all the sable rattling and nothing that we can see is being done to stop it. I ask any lightworker that sees any reports online that provided evidence something is being done please post it on the blog.

I've made a breakdown of the steps as outlined in the meditation Cobra has linked in this article. It's recommended you do this once in the morning when you arise and once at night before sleep.
Step 1: “I call upon the Pillar of Pure White Light to descend upon me and to form around me. I call upon the Presence of the I Am That I Am. I ask the Presence of the I Am That I Am to join and merge with me.“
Step 2: Continue to repeat the above until you feel your vibrational frequency is high, imagine the presence (source) at the top of the pillar, surround yourself in the tunnel of light.
Step 3: Move the energy up through your crown chakra, move up inside this pillar of light and allow it to charge each chakra above your head (8-12)
Step 4: at the top of this pillar meet with the precede of the I am (source) see this as an ethereal body of pure white light, merge, unite and bathe in the precedes of source.
Step 5: when practised enough you can fully merge with the source. At this point follow the instructions below.
Round 1: You meet, merge and unite with the I Am Presence. Bring back the Presence and imbue your body with the Presence from the top of your head all the way to the bottom of your feet, all the way to the core of Mother Earth.
Round 2: Move up again inside the Pillar of White Light into the Presence of the I Am That I Am; mixing, merging and uniting in Oneness. Pull that energy vibration down and bring it into every chakra of your body and being, down to the bottom of your feet and from your feet into the core of Mother Earth.
Round 3: Go back up the same way, and after you have merged with the I Am Presence, ask your questions. When you are complete with your questions, listen for any answers. Remaining answers will come at the time they are needed. To replenish your body, bring the united and merged essence of the I Am That I Am down into your body.

I asked to be inserted in their protection and healing program (and I also asked this for my family members and friends) and I swear to creation, right before I feel asleep I heard a voice asking me, if I will come (aboard), and the dark ones interfered again in cut me off. Man, I can hardly control my vengeful emotions, I would personally like to drag them into the Central Sun. But I need to keep my cool. I hope the Pleiadians accepted my request, at least for my family memebers and friends, if not for me.
