Call upon the Violet Flame from the Primordial Source (from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy) - an intense radio source called "Sagittarius A" (scientists have not yet determined whether it is a black hole or the sun - this area acts as a cluster of stars and emits various radiation in all directions) to create a protective field around you during and after the meditation. 4. Repeat to yourself, “I call upon the Violet Flame from the Primordial Source to create a protective field around myself during and after meditation.”

Decided listen to it and simultaneously enter the text into a Word file in order to add pictures that match the meaning later. To my surprise, the entire video sequence is already present in the video (I meditate with my eyes closed for better concentration and had not watched the video before), I watched it again - it is quite good. It seemed to me that some GIFs could be replaced with static images that better reflect the subject, but in principle this is not critical and visual images quite fully reflect the meaning of the process, if you want to remember the visual image and concentrate, this is possible - there is a complete set.
At least I personally now have a complete understanding of the process (at least visually and at a minimal conceptual level in terms of physical science) in which we participate. But do not be offended, this should end with the arrival of aliens, since modern physics is not able to confirm the solar-genetic effect of energy from space on biological organisms and the genome.
