This is an interesting issue. I think the Codex and free will and all the various factors are exactly that, factors, not rules. If every person on the planet was demanding the Galactics intervene, I bet they'd risk the nuke scenario. But when most of humanity is perfectly fine with the way things are, it's easy to see how ET's would account for that when deciding when to intervene. The amount of people NOT asking for ET intervention is probably 99.999999% of the population. New Age Westerners are in a bubble and think "everyone is waking up," but with the world population, they're not. Why would ET's intervene when functionally the entire planet wants to keep playing the Earth game as it is? If y'all were on a galactic council and looked at a planet like Earth where 99.999999% of the population wanted the status quo, how would you feel? I know people in Nigeria who live in shacks but they have cell phones and internet. They could learn about the Galactic Federation and the Event. If this were true, the forces of light should have told everyone from the beginning, instead of claiming liberation was imminent. Even if the cabal were reduced to a single individual, should that person possess a technological tool capable of inflicting catastrophic damage upon the global network or critical infrastructure (undoubtedly ancient interstellar technology within the cabal's arsenal, not conventional military missiles, and protected by counter-surveillance measures), then the Event would not occur. Had the cabal been reduced to mere missiles, tanks, and handguns, the Event would have already occurred. Thus, this is not a matter of numerical superiority. E per pericolosi intendo dire che commetteranno facilmente qualche pasticcio importante e così pesante che tutti i programmi di liberazione studiati con anticipo salteranno completamente facendo saltare tutti gli schemi. Quindi ritengo che l'Evento in quel preciso momento non sarebbe ancora arrivato perché LF avrebbero aspettato le condizioni migliori che non ci sarebbero mai state. If every person on the planet was demanding the Galactics intervene, I bet they'd risk the nuke scenario. The amount of people NOT asking for ET intervention is probably 99.999999% of the population.
